Appraisals are written in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) by appraiser Sarah Reeder, AAA, ISA CAPP, who is a Certified Member of the Appraisers Association of America and a Certified Member of the International Society of Appraisers with the Private Client Services designation.
Previous clients include private collectors, corporations, institutions, embassies, lawyers, insurance professionals, and members of the diplomatic and military communities.

Appraisal services are billed at an hourly rate with a 2-hour minimum project size for written appraisal reports.
Sarah Reeder, AAA, ISA CAPP currently offers in-person appraisal services within her physical service area and also welcomes appraisal assignments working remotely from photographs and video consultations when appropriate for the appraisal intended use.
