Artifactual History® Appraisal offers USPAP-compliant appraisal services of fine art, antiques, silver & decorative arts, and midcentury modern design for a wide range of intended uses. Appraisals are written in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) by appraiser Sarah Reeder, AAA, ISA CAPP, who is a Certified Member of the Appraisers Association of America and a Certified Member of the International Society of Appraisers with the Private Client Services designation.
Previous clients include private collectors, corporations, institutions, embassies, lawyers, insurance professionals, and members of the diplomatic and military communities.

Appraisal services are billed at an hourly rate with a 2-hour minimum project size for written appraisal reports.
Sarah Reeder, AAA, ISA CAPP offers in-person appraisal services within her physical service area and also welcomes appraisal assignments working remotely from photographs and video consultations when appropriate for the appraisal intended use.

Please note thatArtifactual History® Appraisal is unable to perform on-site assignments where mold or similar environmental conditions are present and we do not perform on-site inspections in attics although we are happy to appraise items in attics working from photographs provided by the client.
